Incheon Airport Private Transfer to Seoul

Airport rail and buses are priced per passenger. A private transfer is normally priced for the vehicle. Four separate public-transport fares, followed by a taxi or a long walk at the Seoul end, can narrow the difference surprisingly quickly.
Luggage can matter even more than the number of people. A group that could easily use the train without bags may feel very different with four full-size suitcases, cabin bags and a stroller.

A seven-seat vehicle is not always a seven-person airport vehicle
