For a family planning full days at Lotte World, this is the simplest place to start.

The advantage is not just that the hotel is nearby. The room inventory actually includes configurations that work for families and groups. The Deluxe Family Twin and Deluxe Triple are 29.7 m² and accommodate three guests, while some double-double and family suite categories can take four.

That matters after a long park day. You can get everyone back to the room without another subway ride, and a parent can return with a tired child while the rest of the group stays out longer.

Lotte Hotel World's Wonder Door provides a guest-only connection to Lotte World Adventure, but it should not be treated as a re-entry guarantee. Do not assume the airport bus stops at the hotel entrance. The hotel’s own transport guidance places the 6705A stop roughly a 15-minute walk away. With one suitcase that may be fine. With children and several bags, it is a different arrival from Lotte Hotel World.

Choose Sofitel for Seokchon Lake, room quality, and residence facilities. If the only goal is getting into Lotte World as quickly as possible, Lotte Hotel World is the more direct choice.

Rosana becomes interesting when the major luxury hotels feel like more than you need.

Its Family Twin is around 28.1 m² with one double and one single bed for up to three guests. The Triple is the same size with three single beds, which is much more useful for three adults who do not want to share beds.

The location needs to be understood correctly. Rosana is near Seokchon Lake, but it is not a Jamsil Station doorstep hotel. The hotel’s own guidance places Jamsil Station roughly 15 minutes away on foot, while Seokchon Gobun Station is much closer.

That difference matters with luggage. If you plan to use Line 9 frequently or enjoy the lake area, the location can work well. If every day starts at Jamsil Station with young children, compare the walk before booking.

Rosana is one of the more practical choices here when room configuration matters more than having a pool, lounge, or large international-brand hotel.

Delight sits on the Bangi-dong side of Jamsil, where the evening feels more local and more food-focused than around the mall.

That makes it more appealing for travelers who expect to come back late after dinner or drinks nearby. It also keeps Lotte World within the broader Jamsil area without putting the hotel directly inside the main tourist complex.

Room descriptions require more care. A Premium Twin may show a double and a single bed, but occupancy limits have not been completely consistent across booking sites. Do not assume that two beds automatically mean three adults are allowed.

Enter the full party before comparing rates, especially for a family or three-person stay.

This would not be our first pick for someone who wants the predictable facilities of a large international hotel. It is more convincing when the Bangi-dong location is something you will actually use.

This hotel belongs on the page because not every Jamsil trip is about Lotte World.

If your main reason for staying here is a baseball game, concert, exhibition, or time around Jamsil Sports Complex and COEX, the western side of Jamsil can save unnecessary travel.

Its role is clearer for couples, solo travelers, or two friends who want to get back from an event without crossing Jamsil afterward.

Airport Bus 6006 also serves the Sports Complex side, which gives this part of Jamsil a different airport-arrival pattern from the Lotte World hotels.

If your event ends late, being on the correct side of Jamsil can matter more than staying at the best-known hotel in the district.

Hotel Lake is for travelers who care about Seokchon Lake and room space more than having the newest finish.

The location is the attraction. You are beside the lake and close to the Lotte World side without paying for the full luxury-hotel experience.

Guest feedback is not completely uniform. Many recent guests like the room size, lake setting, and bathrooms, while other reviews mention older finishes, smells, cleaning, or maintenance. That is enough variation that we would not describe the property as consistently polished.

If you mainly want a lake-side base and do not mind an older hotel, it can make sense.

If worn finishes or uneven room condition would bother you throughout the stay, spend more for one of the newer properties or choose a different conventional hotel nearby.
